Update BT schedule for each active production project with accuracy up to 3 weeks into the futureCreate initial purchase orders for new projects Assign and verify trade partners have confirmed schedule items up to 3 weeks into the futureAdvise production managers of potential delays that would result in a project exceeding the substantial completion dateReview and classify activity codes in the BuilderTrend Cost Inbox feature Actively collaborate in conjunction with project developer, production manager, and field supervisors to acquire and properly file trade partner bidsReview selection cards and purchase orders for accuracy and report discrepancies to project outfitter & production managerFinalize production schedule detailing including assignment of trade partners and linking of associated purchase orders to the schedule itemsAssist production manager and field supervisors with entry of change order pricing and details Schedule warranty service appointmentsSources materials and provide price quotes as needed Initiate and manage material returns, ensuring credits are issuedSELECTIONS Entry of detailed selections in BuilderTrendAdd selection cards in BuilderTrendAdd photos of selections to each design choiceAdd links to products to each design choice Add pricing to to each design choice per estimate and or available quotesFollow up with client to ensure selections are made by the deadlines needed to start the project on time and finish on timeUpdate BuilderTrend selections with the following information; expected arrival date, location of the item, and information related to delivery and backorder statusReview job running totals to ensure accuracy of selection financials Skills And RequirementsMinimum 2 year remodeling construction experience College associates or bachelors degreeConstruction trades experience Corporate purchasing experience Familiarity and or capacity to master project management software applications. Experience with BuilderTrend is preferredStrong and clear verbal and written communicationProficient in Google Suite or Microsoft suite (word documents, spreadsheets, email) Minimum 2 years service oriented background or similar experienceDetail orientedTransportation and clean driving recordMETRICSSelections approved Selections accuracy Completed project ToDo’s Schedule accuracy up to 3 weeks out Positive peer feedback Amount of projects managed annually
