Oracle Program Manager
Overview
In this Oracle Program Manager role, you will lead Orgill’s multi-year ERP modernization toward Oracle Cloud ERP, guiding complex initiatives from inception to implementation. You’ll partner with technology and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional delivery with strong governance and SDLC дисципline. ResponsibilitiesLead the Oracle roadmap and governance across Cloud Fusion ERPCoordinate planning, rollout, and management of technology solutions with tech and business stakeholdersOversee multiple technical projects ensuring alignment with objectives and standardsFacilitate requirements gathering and define scope, objectives, and success criteriaDevelop work estimates, budgets, and cost controls with vendors and internal teamsApply predictive, agile, and lean lifecycles to projects and improvementsManage SDLC activities including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation supportCreate comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables; monitor costsProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategiesFacilitate stakeholder communication across levels; prepare status reports and documentationApply Change Management to minimize disruption during transitionsCoordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations for seamless integrationEnsure adherence to project management and enterprise architecture best practicesPromote IT governance and enterprise architecture alignment throughout lifecycles
Key requirementsMinimum 10 years of ERP program or project management experienceLeadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementationsPM tools experience: Microsoft Project, Wrike, Jira (preferred)Experience with Oracle EBS, OCI, Oracle Cloud Integration Service, Mulesoft or equivalentAnalytics tools such as Snowflake, Oracle Cloud Analytics or equivalentFamiliarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, JDE)Strong executive communication and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, time management, organization, and collaboration skillsProficiency in scheduling and issue tracking; Google WorkspaceKnowledge of SDLC, cloud, IT infrastructure, databases, and integrationsExperience in distribution, warehousing, or retail (preferred)leadershipstakeholder engagementnegotiationOracle Cloud Fusion ERPOracle EBSOCI
