Who We Are Looking ForThe Process Excellence Coordinator is responsible for supporting sample logistics from seasonal delivery through end-of-life liquidation enabling North America seasonal work. The role crafts, manages, and implements sample related processes across the Geo to enable efficient use of this critical tool.Key Accountabilities For The Ideal CandidateCompletes work with a limited degree of supervisionActs as an asset for Geo on sample related questionsProvides solutions to problems through observing current precedents or proceduresPrioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own workStrong communication both verbal and writtenAbility to create and maintain relationshipsCustomer service orientedPassion for productWhat You Will Work OnSpecific responsibilities include:Seasonal sample sorting and sample rotationAssist broader team with sample logistics for seasonal photo shoot and other seasonal meetingsManage and organize 5 seasons of product in a high-density storage areaRespond to sample requests for current and past season productSet-up meetings for seasonal activities and ensure room readinessBe the expert with Merch Lab fixtures, tech, access list, and supply needsEnd of life sample liquidationDocument all processes createdProven Microsoft Word and Excel skillsWho You Will Work WithThis role will report to NA Business Integration Code, yet you will work very closely with NA Sport, Direct and Partner Merchants & Brand Partners.
