Location: Alabama in the major Metros (Home-Based)
Travel: ~75% overnight travel across AL, GA, MS, FL, TN, SC, NC, & VA
About The Role
We're hiring an Account Manager for the LubeCon USA team to grow sales of premium LubeCon products, equipment, and services for existing and new accounts. This home-based position travels throughout the territory visiting customers, servicing equipment, doing installations, and driving sales.
The ideal candidate is located in the greater metro areas of Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, or Montgomery. Qualifications for this role include sales skills and mechanical skills to service/install equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio
Install and service LubeCon lubrication equipment at customer locations
Develop relationships and show value with key functional contacts in customer's organizations
Hunt for new business opportunities by bringing on new accounts
Develop existing business to improve profitable growth opportunities
Provide detailed service reports to our most valued customers
Pricing accountability for designated customers in the portfolio
Occasional nights or weekend work required for certain customers. Comp time allows you to shift time off
Maintain a quality selling pipeline and updated information in our Sales CRM
Exhibit safety leadership and compliance
Support Finance for credit and cash collection
Overnight travel required from up to 75% monthly
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales; preferred in a B2B and Industrial environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to optimally coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across numerous customer markets to meet established and changing deadlines
Experience doing mechanical service work with light-duty equipment
Physically able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, kneel, work at heights, and walk long distances
Knowledge of general mechanical systems is necessary; electrical not necessary
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
Computer expertise with MS Office suite and sales CRM

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000, depending on experience; 20% performance bonus
