Radiologic Technologist -Interventional Pain
Description We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Radiologic Technologist specializing in interventional pain procedures and minimally invasive spine surgeries, including endoscopic techniques. This role requires a strong clinical skillset, advanced fluoroscopic knowledge, and the ability to work closely with multiple physicians, each with distinct procedural preferences and techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced procedural and surgical environment. Requirements Operate fluoroscopy and radiographic imaging equipment during interventional pain procedures and minimally invasive/endoscopic spine surgeries Provide precise imaging to assist physicians with needle placement, hardware positioning, and procedural accuracy Adjust imaging techniques based on physician preference, patient anatomy, and procedural requirements Anticipate physician needs and maintain procedural flow in both clinic and surgical settings Maintain strict radiation safety standards for patients and staff Prepare procedure rooms, ensuring proper sterile technique and equipment setup Assist with patient positioning to optimize imaging and procedural access Perform equipment quality checks and report malfunctions Maintain accurate documentation of imaging and procedural data Support turnover efficiency between cases Collaborate with nursing staff, surgical techs, anesthesia, and physicians to ensure safe patient care Be willing to travel to all outreach locations Inventory, ordering, and supply management Be able to communicate with other facilities obtaining imaging records Be able to operate PowerShare and PACs
