Procure-to-Pay Technology Lead

Job Title : Procure-to-Pay Technology LeadLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Technology Lead to provide leadership and operational support for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Technology function during a temporary leave coverage period. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and the S2P Technology team to ensure continuity of operations, successful project execution, and strategic technology enhancements.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in S2P platforms, technology integrations, operational leadership, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive enterprise initiatives involving AI/LLM-enabled solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSource-to-Pay Technology LeadershipServe as the functional and technical lead for enterprise Source-to-Pay technologies and processes Provide expertise in implementation, administration, support, and enhancement of S2P platforms, including: ProcessUnity – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) DocuSign – GxP and non-GxP environments Icertis – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Coupa – Procurement, eSourcing, and Analytics SAP Concur – Travel & Expense Management (preferred) Team Management & Operational SupportProvide day-to-day operational oversight, guidance, and support for S2P applications and integrations Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and facilitate weekly team meetings Support issue resolution, prioritization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure platform stability and performance Project Delivery & Strategic InitiativesPartner with project managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to execute strategic enterprise initiatives, including:S2P Orchestration InitiativeLead implementation efforts for a next-generation S2P orchestration platform designed to improve guided buying experiences Support integrations with enterprise AI/LLM capabilities, including VaiDA (Vertex AI Digital Assistant) and other S2P systems Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) – Phase 2Drive enhancements and future-state improvements within ProcessUnity Lead integration efforts across interconnected enterprise systems and cross-functional business areas Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) – Phase 2Support implementation of new integrations and AI-enabled capabilities within Icertis Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and IT stakeholders Coupa EnhancementsDevelop business cases and implementation strategies for: Coupa Analytics InvoiceSmash / CR invoicing replacement solutions Drive process optimization and reporting improvements Additional Enterprise ProgramsSupport enterprise transformation initiatives such as: Project Apex Master Data Management (MDM) Transformation Assess downstream impacts across Concur, Icertis, and related systems Stakeholder Communication & GovernanceCommunicate effectively with technical teams, business users, leadership, and executive stakeholders Provide status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations Facilitate alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and initiatives
