Read on for more details on the role and about us.Here's how you'll contribute:Main activities coverDefine and drive the overall architectural vision of IAMDesign and implement robust IAM solution ensuring the right people have right accessOversee the architecture, deployment, and management of IAM SolutionsArchitect and implement Identity governance & administration solution.Strong experience in JML operation.Architect and implement SSO solution enhancing seamless authentication and user experience.Managing MFA solutionContinuously assess the implementation, processes, incidents and identify the opportunities for automation and thus bring continuous improvement in the processReport on access control and suggest improvementsSupport and configure Multi-Factor Authentication setupsIntegrate and Manage Azure AD configurations for authentications and SSOEnsure seamless SSO experience across applicationsSupport Presales activities, involving responding to RFI, RFPs, presenting the solution to customerAssessing requirements and coming up with appropriate sizing and estimationsConducting solution demosSupporting Sales related activities such as Proof-of-Concept, proposal presentations, Due-Diligence, solution campaigns, participating in workshops, etc.Educate users on best practices for password creation and managementMust have10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with hands-on on different IAM tools involving SailPoint IdentityNow & SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, OKTA, Azure,BE/BTech/BCA/MCA qualificationDeep understanding of Identity and Access Management principlesDemonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex IAM projectsStrong troubleshooting skills to resolve Saviynt related issuesExperience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.Experience in Password Management or support roleExperience with scripting to build automation assets using Saviynt technologiesDeep understanding of multi factor Authentication and troubleshooting of MFA solution to enhance securityExperience with implementing SSO, enabling seamless access to various applicationDeep knowledge of SSO and FederationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsShould possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, driving project, conflict management and ensuring stakeholder satisfactionExperience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.Good to Have:Certification in IT Security area ( In IAM domain)- MUSTKnowledge of CyberSecurity best practices
