Salary Grade: 12SummaryThe Facilities Generalist I is to support the upkeep and general maintenance of our facilities. This role is well-suited for individuals with foundational experience in property maintenance who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of our banking locations by assisting with a variety of tasks related to repairs, upkeep, and facility organization.Essential Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesAssist with painting, surface patching, and minor drywall repairs as needed throughout the facilityConduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings appropriatelySupport basic troubleshooting and upkeep of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical componentsReplace damaged ceiling tiles and install emergency lighting equipment as directedCut and install various flooring materials and ceiling tiles with precisionPerform light electrical tasks such as replacing batteries in devices and button panelsParticipate in general facility turnover efforts, preparing interior spaces for useMaintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets, maintenance areas, and storage roomsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and organizational standardsQualificationsEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED requiredValid driver’s licenseKnowledge, Skills & Abilities1+ year of general maintenance, facilities support, or related experience preferredBasic knowledge of mechanical and building systemsAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficientlyPhysical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periodsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompetenciesMust have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers#ZR
