New Business Coordinator Description:Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group is looking for a New Business Coordinator to streamline and manage new business operations, support client onboarding, and ensure seamless coordination with our advisors. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.Responsibilities:Process new business applicationsFacilitate client onboarding and documentation, targeting 90%+ satisfactionCoordinate with advisors and departments to track new business casesRespond to client inquiries within 24 hours and provide weekly updatesEnter data into CRM/TTA systems within 2 daysPrepare and process meeting folders pre/post appointmentsComplete account openings, transfers, transactions, and resolve issuesGenerate timely, accurate reports for advisor meetingsQualifications:Prior experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry preferredExperience with CRM software and client onboarding processesStrong organizational and documentation skillsHigh level of integrity and professionalismCollege degree preferred
