Windshield Technician Trainee

Job Location: St Albans, Vermont Job Description: This position is expected to complete windshield repair & replacement, automotive key programming and interior repair training under the supervision of our team. With experience the candidate must master the repair of simple and complex glass chips, auto glass replacement, key programming and interior repair. Responsibilities: Master the art of glass repair, replacement, key programming, and interior repair Represent the NOVUS professional image Able to work with minimal supervision in an efficient manner Perform mobile or in-shop operations in inclement weather Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Required Skills: Dependable Well organized and detail oriented Licensed Driver Good Driving Record Effective communication skills Customer service oriented High energy, flexible, and adaptable to change Motivated, self starter Ability to work in physically demanding industry and be able to lift over 50 lbs. from time to time.
