Admissions AssistantHours: MondayFriday 9:30am -6pm General Summary Of Duties The Admissions Assistant assists with overseeing and facilitating the intake of new patients and residents to ensure that residents and their families experience a smooth and comfortable transition into their therapy or skilled care program. Supervisor Director Of Admissions Duties Include But Are Not Limited To: Assist Admissions Coordinator/Lead Tours Completing Admission Paperwork Follow Up On Phone Inquiries Internal Marketing Ensuring Room Readiness Verify Benefits Greeting New Patients New Patient Orientation Facility Tours For New Admit Participate In Internal And External Marketing Events Complete Other Duties As Assigned Understands Duties During A Fire Drill And Is Familiar With Evacuation Plan Attends All Required Training, In-Service, And Staff Meetings
