Overview Safety sensitive Manufacturing position in departmental areas with repetitive activities, variable environment and changing work assignments. Use of mobile equipment and mechanical maintenance as necessary. Responsibilities Safely operate in Department Pre-shift Inspection of equipment Use of electronic equipment and computers with attention to detail Activities as assigned Qualifications Excellent safety and attendance record Self-directed, well organized and motivated team player Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills Ability to work in all mill conditions and environments Ability to work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays Safely operate equipment and gain equipment certification Ability to pass vision and physical requirements Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
