Join our team to work for a fast-paced, growing used car dealership as a BDC (Business Development Center) / Internet Sales Representative and help us connect with car buyers. Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via phone, text, email, and online inquiries. Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure consistent and timely follow-up. Answer customer questions regarding vehicle availability, pricing, features, and financing options. Support the sales team in converting leads into loyal customers.
