Sr. Demand Planner

Sr. Demand PlannerWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Demand Planner to lead forecasting and demand planning activities in a fast-paced consumer products environment. This role is responsible for improving forecast accuracy, supporting inventory flow, and partnering cross-functionally to help scale the business. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in demand planning, and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, supply chain, and product teams.Core Responsibilities:MUST have experience working with Amazon + big box retailers as well as brick & mortarOwn demand planning across products, customers, and channelsDevelop and maintain rolling forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and market inputsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast alignment, service levels, and inventory performanceLead regular demand review meetings as part of the broader planning processWork closely with sales teams to update assumptions related to promotions, customer demand, and product changesCollaborate with supply planning to align demand with capacity, lead times, and supply constraintsSupport forecasting for new product launches, product changes, and packaging updatesMonitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and service levelsIdentify risks and opportunities through analysis and recommend process improvementsHelp improve planning tools, data quality, and standard operating proceduresQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chainExperience in consumer products or a similar industry preferredExperience supporting retail and e-commerce channels is a plusStrong Excel and overall Microsoft Office skillsExperience with demand planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar preferredFamiliarity with POS data and retail analytics tools is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter who can work independently while partnering effectively across teamsBenefits:Competitive compensation with bonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision coverage401 (k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysVolunteer time offProfessional growth and development opportunitiesPerformance and compensation reviewsCollaborative and flexible work environment
