Here, you will have a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals as you gain a wealth of experience and training in substance use disorder and mental health treatment.We are seeking a Per Diem, part-time Physician (independent contractor) to provide primary care services to patient populations in a Joint Commission-certified clinic integrated with behavioral health services and operating as a patient-centered medical home with locations and opportunities in the Lancaster/Palmdale area and the San Fernando Valley. Areas of responsibility include physical examination; diagnosing, treating and prescribing medication; ordering lab and diagnostic work in coordination with the primary care director and pharmacists; providing oversight to the physicians assistant and registered nurse practitioners; and consulting with medical specialists as needed.
