Supply System Analyst

The Supply Systems Analyst analyzes transactions/data to determine problem area; determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions.Essential Functions Of The PositionProvides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations.Coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems.Research functional problem area.Performs as the WMS POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication and responding to information pertaining to WMS.Performs WMS-MIS functions IAW C-5.1.3.2 WMS-MIS. Serves as the QMF query writer to write new queries as required. Uses WMS and other Government Data Systems. Performs other relevant duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo direct supervisory duties.Physical DemandsRequired to walk, stand, sit and move about the property for long periods of time.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Work EnvironmentIndoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.Noise level can range from minimal to intense.Minimum QualificationsExperience shall include a minimum of three (3) years of experience using WMS or equivalent. Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.Requires knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations.Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions.Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Must have strong organizational and group presentation skills.Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills.Must have computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Possess a Valid Drivers’ License without special restrictions.Security RequirementsMust be a US citizen.Must undergo a background check.
