Amphenol PCD is looking to add a Cable Assembler – Level II to our team in Beverly, MA. This role is responsible for assembling cable products according to customer drawings and specifications. If you have experience in cable assembly and a strong mechanical aptitude, we’d love to hear from you.Essential FunctionsBuild cable assemblies to meet customer drawings and specifications. Follow manufacturing instructions and maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process. Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills / Qualifications1-3 years of experience in cable assembly and manufacturing. Soldering skills. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read and understand English instructions and technical drawings. Ability to measure in inches and increments of inches. Desired Skills / QualificationsCertification to IPC/WHMA-A-620J-STD solderingPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods. Medium work, including moving objects up to 50 lbs.
