Accounting SpecialistVisible local non-profit organization is seeking support of an Accounting Specialist to assist with department reconciliations.Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is an established non-profit providing numerous services to the community Come support a friendly, relaxed Accounting team with reconciliationsWork where you know what you're doing makes a real difference in peoples' lives Contribute with your keen eye for detail as the Accounting Specialist Location is conveniently close to multiple major highways for quick commuteRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:The Accounting Specialist will focus on reconciling and posting changes: Reconcile credit card and bank statementsReconcile payroll entries and other journal entries for accuracyIdentify issues and correct account posting, as neededThe Accounting Specialist will assist with posting journal entries and other accounting projectsEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:Accounting Specialist must have extensive experience with reconciliationsGeneral accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed aboveIntermediate Excel skills - ability to perform Pivot Tables is a plus, not a mustPreferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work diligently#INAUG2025
