Bar Managers will be Responsible for:
Managing part-time bartenders while they bartend at various events
Acting as the Point of Contact for clients at events
Coaching new bartenders to ensure they are following proper procedures
Communicating with Account Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments when necessary
Completing event paperwork including Bar Manager Reports, On-Site Payment Forms, and Invoices
Maintaining a Positive and Calm Attitude while managing events
Assisting Operations Managers inside the warehouse with event preparations such as pulling products, gathering supplies, and packing vehicles
Assist Operations Manager after events with unloading the trucks, putting away products and supplies, and tracking inventory
To Become a Bar Manager, you must:
Have experience leading a team and communicating with clients
Be available to work events on Friday and Saturday nights
Be 21 years of age or older
Complete Online Company Training (Company Facilitated)
Complete ServSafe Certification Courses Upon Hire (Company Facilitated)
Have a reliable device to check messages and emails frequently
Have reliable transportation
Be able to retain product information to relay to consumers
Show Great Attention to Details
Have Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
Be able to lift and transport 30 pounds or more of products and equipment
Be able to stand for at least four hours or more
Compensation
$15/hour + Opportunities for Tips and Event Gratuity
Travel/Gas Reimbursement (Under Certain Conditions)
