If you want an average job, do not apply.The Role We are hiring a Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of Creative and Growth.This role exists to solve a very specific problem. Turning performance signals into better creative, without diluting creative ambition or brand clarity.You will work closely with Creative, Growth and Influencer teams to shape what we make, why we make it, and how it evolves once it is live.This is not a media buying role.This is not a pure brand strategy role.It is for someone who understands performance deeply, but thinks creatively first.What you will do Creative led growth strategy Define creative strategy that ladders directly to growth objectivesTranslate performance data into clear creative direction, not optimisation tweaksDesign creative systems that scale while maintaining quality and clarityBalance brand positioning with direct response effectivenessPerformance interpretation and iteration Partner with Growth to interpret signals like CTR, CVR, hook performance and thumb stopTurn data into hypotheses, angles and next creative testsIdentify when performance issues are messaging, offer, framing or execution problemsClose the loop between what performs and what gets made nextCreative feedback and decision making Give clear, confident, actionable feedback on creative that is not aligned with strategyProtect strategic intent and brand consistency across iterationsHelp teams understand not just what to change, but whyCross-team collaboration Act as the connective tissue between Creative and GrowthBrief creative, UGC and video teams with precision and clarityPresent strategic thinking internally and externally with confidenceSystems and AI Think in systems, not one-off ideasBuild repeatable creative testing and learning frameworksUse AI and emerging tools to enhance insight, speed and creative qualityWhat we are looking for This role is for someone who naturally bridges creative thinking and performance thinking.Must haves: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into creative insightExcellent communicator who can work fluently with both Growth and Creative teamsStrong understanding of digital platforms and multi platform campaignsClear direct response instincts across hooks, angles, problem framing and CTA psychologyConfident giving direct feedback on creative when it misses the markThinks in systems and frameworks, not isolated ideasCurious and comfortable using AI as a creative and strategic toolExperience: 3 to 5 years in creative strategy, performance creative, or creative planning rolesExperience in a performance focused agency or creative performance environmentHands on exposure to Meta, TikTok and short form video environmentsFamiliarity with UGC, DTC and influencer driven creativeWho this is not for Media buyers looking to move sidewaysPure brand strategists with no performance exposurePerformance optimisers who do not enjoy creative critiquePeople who prefer execution over thinkingWhy this role matters This role directly shapes the quality of our creative output and its impact on growth.You will influence what gets made, how it gets tested, and how we scale ideas without losing creative excellence.If you care deeply about creative quality, but believe creativity should earn its place through results, this role is for you.Work from wherever — We're fully remote.
