Job Description CNC Plasma Table Operator Location:Liberty, MO Pay:$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Schedule:Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Opportunities Available Power Labor USA is seeking an experienced CNC Plasma Table Operator to join a growing fabrication team immediately. This is an excellent long- term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision work, understands fabrication processes, and can operate CNC plasma cutting equipment safely and efficiently. If you have strong blueprint-reading skills, attention to detail, and experience working with structural steel or metal fabrication, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting tables and related fabrication equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and specifications. Load and unload metal plates, sheets, and structural materials. Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate cuts and maximize material utilization. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of plasma cutting equipment. Sort, label, and organize finished materials for fabrication and production teams. Maintain accurate production records, inventory documentation, and project notes. Inspect completed parts and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications 3+ years of combined experience operating CNC plasma tables and related fabrication equipment. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Good math aptitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Knowledge of metal fabrication and finishing processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Experience in structural steel, fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking environments preferred. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in Welding Technology, Fabrication, Manufacturing, or a related field is highly preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
