The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. As part of the retail team, responsibilities include managing inventory, restocking products, maintaining the store's appearance, and handling transactions. The Dispensary Retail Associate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and informed shopping experience for every customer.QualificationsStrong skills in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge, enabling candidates to assist customers effectively and answer product-related questions.Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations in a professional and friendly manner.Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient retail environment.Experience in cannabis or agriculture-related retail is a plus, but not required.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
