Support Analyst (MAC & PC)Location: Burbank, CAPosition Type: ContractInterview mode- phone+F2FTechnical Skill Must Haves:Equal experience of MAC and PCEqual experience of Android and iPhoneAdditional Requirements:The ideal candidate should have multi-platform desktop support experience and should be comfortable doing some network troubleshooting.The platforms we're looking for are primarily Mac, PC and mobile (iOS, Android, etc.).Familiarity with either UNIX or LINUX is a plus but not required.Previous experience with VIP support is preferred and exceptional customer service is a requirement.Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a professional presentation which must include excellent written and verbal communication skills.Description:Support Analyst with advanced skillset in desktop support, Messaging, Network and PDA.Strong technical and communications skills essential.Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve High Profile Executives @ TWDC technical issues/questions.Provide exceptional timely customer service and communications to the executive users, as well as across the business segment.Assist in the evaluation, support, and testing of hardware / software, providing all Tiers of PC, Mac, and peripheral support to executive staff according to company standards and practices.Inform and assist across the business segment to plan and execute strategies for High profile executive level IT support.
