Role Description As the Store Manager for Oola Bowls’ Lebanon, PA location, you will oversee daily store operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and food quality, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. You will also handle staff training, scheduling, and adhere to company policies regarding safety and retail loss prevention. Additionally, you will track sales performance and implement strategies to meet goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills for leading teams and engaging customersExperience in Store Management with the ability to oversee daily operations effectivelyKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategiesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the food service or retail industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
