Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rental Coordinator role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Rental Coordinator will manage event bookings, oversee venue scheduling, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure successful events. Responsibilities include coordinating event setup and logistics, handling client inquiries, ensuring proper use of event spaces, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate invoicing. The role also involves trouble-shooting event-day issues and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Experience in Invoicing management, attention to detail, and organizational skills for accurate financial and contractual processes.Familiarity with operating and coordinating Heavy Equipment usage for events is a plus.Ability to resolve issues promptly, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively with a team.Previous event coordination experience or similar roles preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
