This pivotal role involves closing high-touch, multi-stakeholder deals, building a high-performing sales organization, and expanding into new verticals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, strategic sales executive with a proven track record of selling to government agencies, utilities, and other regulated industries. Responsibilities include owning and driving revenue capture, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and leading a team to meet sales goals. The successful candidate will be a climate tech native, with a deep understanding of the sector and a background in environmental science, public policy, or sustainability. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Business Development position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role.
