Field Service Technician, Senior
Description:QBE, LLC is searching for a Field Service Technician to conduct these and similar activities: 1. Performs customer requirements analyses for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests.2. Designs or modifies system and prepares reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules, and system constraints.3. Writes, debugs, and tests programs and procedures.4. Installs system.5. Studies existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems where appropriate.6. Assists junior-level programmers/analysts in resolving work problems related to project and/orprogramming specifications.7. Prepares detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e., data management, CM, andprogram management). #pmfRequirements: Good written communications skillsWorking knowledge of word processing and integrated software applicationsGood organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work Bachelor's degree (Computer Science concentration preferred)8 years' related professional experienceUS Citizenship Active US DoD Government Clearance at Secret level or higher Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.
