Senior Project Manager- Commercial Interiors - Rahway, NJ

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial interior construction projects simultaneously, ranging in value from $5M to $20M. This individual will serve as a key leader, driving project success through strategic management, strong communication, and deep industry expertise. Description Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects concurrently, each ranging from $5M to $20M in value. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution from preconstruction through closeout. Provide strong direction to project teams, including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key project stakeholders. Monitor job progress, cost reporting, change orders, risk management, and quality control. Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, and financial tracking. Drive accountability, uphold high performance standards, and maintain project timelines and budget integrity. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects valued between $5M-$20M. Offers exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Has a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget. Possesses strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, and project finance.
