RENTAL COORDINATOR
Rental CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Rental Coordinator to support the daily operations of our rental department. This role works closely with customers, service teams, logistics, and vendors to ensure equipment rentals are processed efficiently from quote to return.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily rental activities and support used equipment and logistics operations as neededCoordinate rental opportunities with internal and external customersWork with service shops to ensure equipment is repaired, prepared, and ready for rentalCoordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with logistics teamsPrepare rental quotes, contracts, billing, credits, and rental abuse chargesTrack rental inventory, equipment status, and rental opportunitiesMaintain accurate rental records, contracts, billing documentation, and SAP entriesReview invoices, vendor billing, and rental-related service documentation for accuracyGenerate rental reports and assist customers with rental account managementSupport collections efforts and customer PO funding verification when necessaryCollaborate with rental managers on equipment needs and purchasing decisionsQualifications & SkillsStrong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and record keepingStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated team player with flexibility and adaptabilityMechanical or equipment product knowledge preferred, or the ability to quickly learnExperience with rental operations, logistics coordination, or SAP systems is a plusThe ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
