Together, our teams are united by a shared commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and making a meaningful impact on healthcare.What You Will DoPerform on-floor visual inspections of Production and Development products per approved work instructions and inspection plans.Execute with startup and shutdown verifications (MMR) to confirm readiness and documentation accuracy.Perform incoming raw material inspection against documented acceptance criteria Open nonconforming product per procedurePhysical scrap material from non-conformance when directed.Perform Batch review and signoffPerform post sort/rework inspectionPerform Final Shipment ChecksCommunicate inspection results with internal team membersSupports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives.What You BringCore QualificationsAssociate degree in related technical field or 2 + years of relevant experienceUnderstand blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.Preferred QualificationsMedical molding and validation experience preferred.Professional Traits We ValueStrong communicatorTeam-playerDetail and quality orientedITAR ComplianceOur facility contains information and materials subject to the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is $20.00-$26.00 hourly.
