We value teamwork, efficiency, and clinical excellence, and we are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to work closely with our Practice Manager to ensure smooth clinical operations and outstanding patient care.
Position Summary
The Clinical Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the daily clinical execution of the practice. This position partners with the Practice Manager to oversee clinical workflows, support clinical staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and help drive operational efficiency across the practice. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in coordinating clinical teams in a medical practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Practice Manager to support and execute day-to-day clinical operations
Coordinate and oversee clinical staff, including medical assistants, and other clinical team members
Ensure efficient patient flow and optimal clinical workflows
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing competency of clinical staff
Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and workflow optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices
Address clinical issues in real time to maintain high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in a clinical coordination, lead, or supervisory role in a medical practice (GI experience preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with management and clinical teams
Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and clinical best practices
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
