Corporate Well-being Intern (Part-Time)

This flexible role will support our Well-being at Athene initiative focused on physical, emotional, social, and financial well-being.Accountabilities:What You’ll DoTeach at least two fitness or well-being classes weekly, including potential classes before or after standard working hoursSupport fitness center operations, scheduling, and employee communicationsSupport wellness challenges and help develop accessible, on-demand movement content for employees across multiple officesContribute to projects focused on resilience, self-care, mobility, and overall well-beingQualifications and Experience:What You BringPassion for fitness, wellness, and employee engagementStrong communication skills with an energetic, approachable presenceAbility to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environmentInterest in corporate wellness and supporting desk-based employee populationsQualificationsCoursework in exercise science, kinesiology, wellness, or related field requiredCPR/AED certification preferred but not requiredPersonal training or group fitness certification preferred but not requiredDrive.
