Job Description
Assistant Property manager with oversight of property in Lancaster, CA with over 150 units. Applicant will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations as well as administrative and compliance office work.
Successful applicant will be responsible for drafting reports, filing, assistance in leasing and compliance paperwork, and assist in scheduling maintenance staff. They will also help in creating marketing plans, assisting owners, training & development, and working to improve the operation of the property. Additional duties include purchasing, logistics, and other business functions.
Salary is negotiable, and bonus structure will be setup to reward value creating to include improving net income through analysis of operating expenses, leasing activity, marketing, and maintanance of assets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
