Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Chicago or Remote. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, presenting solutions to meet client logistics needs, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presenting and building client relationshipsKnowledge of logistics and transportation services, including drayage, intermodal, and specialized freight shippingProficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems, as well as basic computer skillsAbility to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions with attention to detailTeam collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentPrior sales or logistics experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
