Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is growing and we’re expanding our team of Endodontists for our St. Louis center!REQUIREMENTSYou are a licensed Endodontist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients.Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patientTreat approximately 7 - 10 pediatric patients in a typical OR dayRESPONSIBILITIESDiagnose and treat dental pulp and periapical conditionsPerform root canal therapy, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries (e.g., apicoectomies), including permanent back molar endo.Evaluate patient histories, radiographs, and clinical findings to develop treatment plansProvide emergency care for dental pain and traumaMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsCollaborate with referring dentists to ensure continuity of careEducate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercareAbility and willingness to treat ability to treat a full range of patients, primary and permanent teeth, up to all ages.QUALIFICATIONSExperienced and comfortable working with pediatric patientsAppropriate state license and completion of an accredited Endodontic residencyBLS certificationAHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start dateNational Board certification strongly preferredComfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practiceABOUT USBlue Cloud is the largest and fastest growing pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center company in the country, specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients delivered under general anesthesia.
