We are growing and seeking a Project Manager to support residential construction projects in a collaborative environment.What You'll DoAs a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelinesManage day-to-day operations of residential construction projectsConduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standardsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concernsCoordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project executionIdentify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scopeWhat You'll BringExperience in residential project management with completed projectsKnowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with clients and trade partnersExperience with CoConstruct or similar software and Microsoft OfficeStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAssociate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferredHands-on residential construction experience (carpentry, framing, finish work) preferredAbility to lift or move up to 50 poundsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Offer$65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience)Paid holidays and PTO401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability, and AD&D insuranceOpportunities for professional growthJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to FridayCypress Homes, Inc. - Building Homes & Relationships in the Fox Valley since 1994.
