Peoplesoft Application Developer (Senior)

Technical Skills: 7-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft CRM 7-10 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 7-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development 7-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Applications Portal 7-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Benefits Administration Role Description: All resources providing application support for this project will be required to complete a drug screen for illegal drug use. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Support heavily customized PeopleSoft applications - HCM, CRM, Pensions and Portal. Provide support for steady state (production and non-prod) environments, enhancements and minor projects Troubleshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design Assist in analyzing and documenting user requirements of new systems and enhancements to existing systems Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation Identify inputs, outputs and throughputs of a business process Define data requirements Must be a US Citizen or US Persons (Green Card holder) to apply.
