Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with state of employment Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and policies and standards of care.In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related fieldLicensed Clinical Social WorkerTwo years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planningDemonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skillsSedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
