CT Tech Job Description We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. The CT Tech will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.Responsibilities:Operate CT scanner equipment to capture images of patients' anatomy.Position patients correctly and effectively to obtain the best images.Follow protocols to ensure patient safety and minimize radiation exposure.Assist in the administration of contrast agents as needed for certain scans.Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functioning.Document patient information and imaging results accurately.Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.Requirements:Completion of an accredited CT technology program.Certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT) preferred.Prior experience working in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech.Strong knowledge of CT scanning procedures and protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.If you are a dedicated CT Tech looking to advance your career in a dynamic healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
