NeuroTech Research ManagerAustin, TX | Full-time | OnsiteA venture-backed neurotechnology company is building a next-generation, multimodal biosensing platform designed to measurably improve human performance in real-world environments.We are looking for someone who lives in EEG, hardware validation, and human subject research.You will work directly with engineering and product teams to ensure biosignals are reliable, repeatable, and deployment-ready.What You’ll DoRun hands-on human-subject EEG sessionsOwn electrode placement, setup, and signal quality validationDiagnose artifacts, instability, and drift in real timeEvaluate multimodal biosignals (EEG, PPG, IMU, etc.)Support hardware iteration cycles (EVT → DVT)Execute internal validation and feasibility studiesTranslate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for hardware and product teamsMaintain rigorous documentation to support external credibilityWhat We’re Looking ForPhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldDirect experience running human-subject EEG studiesComfortable handling electrode setup and troubleshooting signal qualityStrong understanding of signal artifacts and multimodal integrationExperience working alongside hardware and software teamsAbility to operate in a fast-moving, build-stage environmentComfortable being hands-on in the labBonus if you have experience with:Dry EEG systemsNeurofeedback or closed-loop systemsVR-based research environmentsMultimodal biosensing platformsWho This Is ForYou enjoy running studies.You care about signal integrity.You like solving messy, real-world problems.You want to help build a neurotechnology system from the inside.This is an onsite role in Austin, TX.
