Your responsibilities include:Performing skilled nursing tasks such as injections, wound care, and equipment preparationTeaching patients' self-care techniques to promote independenceCommunicating with RNs and case managers to update care plans and clarify instructionsAssisting RNs or physicians with specialized proceduresFollowing all oral and written care instructionsPracticing infection control and universal precautionsReporting suspected abuse in accordance with state and federal guidelinesMaintaining punctuality, accurate documentation, and required driving recordsYour work directly impacts the health, safety, and comfort of your patients-and brings meaningful purpose to each day.
