IT Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a IT Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $106,080 – $176,820 annuallyResponsibilities Review and validate completeness of initiative documentation Analyze initiative scope and coordinate IT ownership alignment Coordinate resource needs across inter-related initiatives Build strong relationships across IT, operations, and business leadership Provide coordination support for small initiatives without assigned project managers Track IT milestones and support execution alignment Identify cross-project risks and drive mitigation planningQualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant field preferred; 5+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Certification in relevant Epic applications (e.g., Prelude, Cadence) preferred PMP certification preferred or to be obtained within 18 months Experience within healthcare IT environments Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision plans Adoption, Fertility and Surrogacy Reimbursement up to $10,000 Paid Time Off and Sick Leave 401k/403B with Employer Match Tuition Assistance – $5,250/year and discounted opportunities Student Debt Pay Down – $10,000 Legal Resources PlanOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
