We’re looking for an experienced Print Account Specialist to act as the key connection between clients, production teams, and vendors. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for client print projects from quote to ship/delivery. Prepare accurate estimates, timelines, and specifications. Coordinate production schedules and logistics with internal teams and vendors. Anticipate client needs and resolve production or timeline challenges quickly. Maintain a strong understanding of print production, materials, and finishing processes. Qualifications at least 2 years of experience in print account management, print estimating, or print customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with print estimating/order management software (e.g., PrintSmith) preferred. Basic design or artwork setup knowledge is a plus.
