Manufacturing EngineerLocation: OnsiteType: ContractOverviewSeeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support high-volume medical device manufacturing by providing engineering, validation, and technical support for manufacturing equipment. This hands-on role focuses on equipment installation, process improvements, troubleshooting, and validation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport FAT, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.Develop equipment layouts using AutoCAD (or similar).Coordinate equipment integration with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams.Create and maintain process FMEAs, control plans, and validation documentation (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, VP).Develop SOPs and work instructions in compliance with GMP.Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes with cross-functional teams.Monitor line performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.2+ years of manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience.Experience supporting manufacturing operations, automation equipment, and process improvements.Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor during equipment installation and startup.PreferredMedical device manufacturing experience.Experience writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ process validations.Hands-on manufacturing experience.Ability to read electrical schematics.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
