Role: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Milpitas, CADuration: FulltimeClient: L&TJob Description:Industrial Engineer with experience improving manufacturing efficiency across polymer, coating, converting, fabrication, and assembly operations.Skilled in time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, OEE analysis, takt time, and Value Stream Mapping to increase throughput, improve labor utilization, and reduce waste in high-mix, high-volume environments.Experienced with AutoCAD layout design, FlexSim / discrete-event simulation, and ERP-based production data analysis to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.The expected salary range for this position is between $74,500 to $80,500 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
