Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions. What You'll DoProcess domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loadsPrepare documentation for outgoing shipmentsAccurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentationProactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statusesRespond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and managementPartner with production personnel to coordinate production and shipmentsReview invoices from freight vendorsAdhere to all Quality Standard Operating Procedures and processesConduct QA inspectionsRecord testing information and send samples out as neededMaintain accurate and organized records of laboratory analysisPerform daily calculations, compare lab results to expected values, and report variances to supervisorReport any quality, processing problems, and out-of-spec conditions to the QA supervisorPrepare spreadsheets analyzing data and alert supervisor of trends in dataScan, file, and keep records of all batch sheets and raw materials COAsFill in for non-specialized tasks when shipping and QA/QC personnel are unavailableModel our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environmentOther duties as requiredWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education2 + years of office experience, customer service, domestic logistics, and/or scale operations preferredWorking knowledge and skills in the following are required: computer typing, Microsoft software, such as Excel, Word and Outlook, including word processing, email etiquette, database entry, spreadsheet and internet useAbility to use dispatching equipment, such as telephone (and accompanying headset) and PA systemsWillingness to learnReady to make an impact with us?
