Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,338 per week

The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Rehabilitation Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Unit Profile Facility Name: UW Health Rehab Hospital Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: Rehab • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN • Specialty: Inpatient Rehab • Shift: 12s- 6:30a-700p; 630p to 700a • Weekend Hours: every other weekend and holiday rotations • Call Requirements: yes • Required Certifications: BLS • Years of Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment. Preferred: med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity • Float Requirements: No, not currently. May be required to float to a satellite IRF facility within 20 mins in the near future. • Additional Notes: Our inpatient rehab hospital can high acuity at times and functions very similarly to a medical surgical unit. All nurses are required to jump in and help the C.N.As and answer call lights for patient safety. · Attendance Policy: All agency will adhere to our internal attendance and tardy policy. · Scheduling and Time Keeping: 30-minute breaks are mandatory unless approved by the supervisor. Staff must clock out for 30 minutes each shift. Staff will have (2)- 15 minute paid breaks for a 12-hour shift. Staff are not permitted to stay past their shift end time unless approved by the house supervisor. Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 49 • Patient Ratios: 1:7 • Equipment: Mobility equipment to include ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy and Sara Plus plus, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machine, BGM, computers for charting. • EHR: EPIC • Nurse Manager: Liz Buroker • Patient Population: Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs.
