Embrace the opportunity to engage in physical therapy tech duties and be a vital part of our patient-centric environment.Greet patients with warmth and provide exceptional customer serviceManage phone inquiries and assist with appointments through electronic schedulingConduct efficient data entry and maintain patient charts and electronic recordsVerify and update patient personal and financial informationHandle insurance benefit verification and processingCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsPerform general administrative tasks: faxing, filing, and other assigned dutiesGenerate and complete statistical reportsProcess clinic bills for payment, if assignedInvestigate and resolve discrepancies on patient accountsCollaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare providersAssist with patient set up / transitions between equipment Assist with treatment room set up and clean upMaintain therapy equipment / office equipmentEnsure a clean, neat clinic environmentQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentMust have 1+ years of previous medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $12.00-$14.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
