Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will handle customer inquiries, guide clients through the loan application process, and ensure the timely and accurate origination of mortgage loans. Responsibilities include assessing borrower qualifications, coordinating with underwriters and other key stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Providing excellent customer service while building client relationships is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Solid knowledge and experience in Mortgage Lending, Loan Origination, and the Mortgage IndustryFamiliarity with Underwriting processes and standardsExceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and provide support to clientsStrong organizational, communication, and time-management abilitiesSelf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a remote environmentProficiency with mortgage software and relevant technologiesCurrent state licensing for mortgage origination is required
