Creative Project Manager

***6-MONTH CONTRACT, ONSITE 5 DAYS/WEEK in CENTRAL NJ***Robert Half's client, a CPG beauty company, is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager (PACKAGING) for a 6-month Contract opportunity opening. CPG/BEAUTY experience required.This role will own the end-to-end management of creative projects across packaging, design, and copy—working closely with internal creative teams, sales, and overseas production partners to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.What you'll be doing:Managing creative projects from concept through production (packaging, design, copy)Building timelines, scopes, and detailed creative briefsPartnering cross-functionally with design, sales, logistics, and e-comm teamsCommunicating with overseas teams and factories to keep production on trackReviewing and final-proofing deliverables to ensure brand accuracySupporting team workflow, resource allocation, and freelancer managementWhat we're looking for:Experience within beauty or CPG (required)Strong understanding of creative execution + brand storytelling (no hands-on design required)Comfortable with 10–20% copywriting (product descriptions, packaging content)Proven ability to work independently and manage fast turnaroundsExperience with Monday.com or similar PM toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicatorThis is a quick turnaround hire (1–2 weeks)—we're looking for someone who can jump in and make an immediate impact.Great opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial team during an exciting phase of expansion.The hourly range for this position is W2 $29--$37/hr DOE.
